Susan Ennis is a consultant with 25 years of experience helping individuals become more effective leaders, and helping organizations unleash the potential of their employees to achieve ambitious goals. She partners with her clients to create and implement high-impact leadership development strategies that produce consistent results over time.
In addition to her own executive coaching practice, Susan establishes company-wide executive coaching systems, and uses her personal database to successfully match the country's best coaches with the personalities, business goals, and organizational context of particular executives.
Her current clients include Boston Scientific, Fannie Mae, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Old Mutual Asset Management, Population Action International, and World Resources Institute.
Susan holds a B.A. from Harvard University in psychology, social anthropology, and sociology, and an M.Ed. from Northeastern University in curriculum design and instruction.
